The FlyKitt System is based on scientific breakthroughs in the understanding of jet lag, which came out of our team’s work with Navy SEALs and fighter pilots. We found that jet lag is not just a function of circadian rhythm disruption combined with the annoyances and stress of long trips. Air travel causes an inflammatory response that degrades performance, prevents rapid circadian shifts, and decreases the effectiveness of the immune system. Once you mitigate this inflammatory response, you can bring all the tools to bear to shift your circadian rhythm with much greater effect and sleep well the first night at your destination.
To make this easy, we have designed the FlyKitt Pack that consists of custom NSF for Sport-certified dietary supplements to support your immune system and shift your circadian rhythm and glasses that control both the total amount of light and specific frequencies reaching the eye to keep your time shift in place.
