Had a very bad experience with Flyttsmart and want to warn others.

Several pieces of furniture were unfortunately destroyed and the staff had tried to hide the damage so that the pieces of furniture looked intact before they were lifted. For example a wooden armrest on a sofa and a backrest on a chair got broken in pieces.

They also put furniture with jacaranda and teak veneers directly on the gravel (we moved during winter) so that the thin veneer was destroyed. This was especially disappointing because I called them the previous day to make sure they would have blankets to protect the furniture with.

The staff also left our living plants in freezing temperatures while everything else was carried inside.

Next day while inspecting the cleaning jobb we noticed that the movers had forgotten and left some of our belongings in the cellar corridors. The cleaners had also left gravel and a white cleaning agent that had run and dried between the glass panes of the oven, which looked quite disgusting.

When we wrote to Flyttsmart, their response was "it was unfortunate to hear" but we got no compensation or price reduction. Would not recommend.
