Description
The GARO Connect is a easy-to use tool for managing charging stations from GARO, in the Entity series. If you are granted access to a charging station, you will need this app either to identify ourself, add RFID tags, monitor your consumption or to find a charging station. If you own a single Entity charging station or manage a whole network of chargingstations on several locations and organizations, you can do most of the administrative tasks in this application.
The same app is also used by the installer of the charging stations, to make configurations, manage dynamic loadmanagement systems on several levels.

Ratings and Reviews
Appen håller inte måttet
Boxen känns rejäl och påkostad, lastbalanseringen reagerar bra och har aldrig haft problem med utlösta säkringar men appen är under all kritik. Säljer man en box för dom här pengarna så förväntar man sig lite mer än detta. Garbo skulle nog behöva rekrytera lite mjukvarukompetens. Dom största bristerna enligt mig:
-Appen är otroligt trög, har inte varit med om någon version ännu där allt funkar samtidigt, uppdaterar man så fixas en sak men en annan brist tillkommer.
-Hantering av laddningshistorik/csv fil fungerar inget vidare. Krävs på mycket handpåläggning för att få ut den info man vill ha, många har elbil som tjänstebil och då behöver det fungera smidigt och redovisa hemladdningen.
Missnöjd
Appen har fruktansvärt långt kvar till att ens få två stjärnor.
Jag måste jobba hemifrån imorgon på grund av att man utför ett underhåll av appen och jag då inte kan ladda bilen.
Då jag, som förmodligen så många andra startar PAC-laddningen via appen.
Nu går jag och lägger mig - irriterad.
Kraschar
Svårt att få fram historik över elförbrukning, appen stängs ner hela tiden och skulle man få fram en rapport så är den tom! Bättring krävs!!
