Terrible checkout crashing the app

Tried to buy tickets in the app. Paying with PayPal was tot possible (giving error messages).
Paying with Master Card crashes the app. Retried twice. While choosing to store the card it disappeared in the craches so had to re-type it each time. Will try tomorrow again or will have to buy tickets on arrival.

The worst

Total lack of understanding the user combined with very poor stability. After using 10 minutes typing in every kind of unimportant info you can think of instead of just letting me buy the ticket the app crached when executing my payment. When restarting it could not show any avaliable trains. Had to buy via the confusing machine at the train station.
