Worthless
At First you obviously get to a chatbot that’s no smarter than a cow, the the bot passes you through to what I guess Indian service (based upon name) they can’t see your question to the bot so you will have to repet it all. Copy doesn’t work.
In the first interaction the agent says that they will terminate the transaction in 3 minutes if you’re not responding.. But if you do so the 3 minutes doesn’t go the other way around…
In my case the app sad that my flight was supposed to leave at 0030 whilst it actually leaves at 0005. And on top it announced the wrong terminal… That’s no BS when in one of the largest airports in the world.
Will delete it now.

This app dont work. I tried make a trip with email and order number… dont work.
This is just garbage. Look for better alternativ
