Every time in Vietnam I use it

No go without this app in Vietnam, I buy local sim every time I come at airport and then just use this app for all taxi rides, many years already, all is perfect! Thanks for app:)

Great Taxi/food delivery

This app is a total lifesaver if you’re going to for example Vietnam. The first thing to do is to when you land is to get a sim card, then download this app and then no more hassle with taxi drivers. Everything works perfectly and no issues at all. Even food delivery from restaurants to your location. Even has auto translate in the app so you can chat with your driver.

Poor experience

The delivery location was wrong. I wrote specifically the name of the hotel since I don’t know the road names so it’s hard to believe I wrote that address that came up ( a buss-stop 5 min from here). But let’s just say it was my mistake. When later I pressed in the location button it kept showing I was at the buss stop instead of the hotel. So I had to run to that location instead since the driver had arrived. But why not text the delivery guy, right? Cause the messages never appeared in the chat box. Neither mine nor his. I got notifications that he was sending messages but they never appeared. And the cherry on top? I couldn’t pay with a card.. he wanted me to scan a qr code or transfer via bank account if I got correctly those numbers he was showing me.. thankfully I had cash on me.. very very poor experience
