GTS SmartShare is a companion app to GTS VirtualHealth giving invited family and friends access to patient data.

• Vital sign measurements using Bluetooth peripherals
• Remote Patient Monitoring - Gather vital sign readings to share with your care providers.
• Targeted Indications – Monitoring of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high blood pressure, pulmonary disorders, cardiovascular disease, and pain management.
• Data Collection and Assessment - Patient data is transmitted to health professionals to evaluate and support patients in real-time.
• Remote Physician-Patient Consultation - care providers can communicate face-to-face with patients with HIPAA certified video and messaging.
