The Gympak Workout app contains training programs for all main muscle groups that you can easily perform at home, work, on the road or at the hotel. With these training programs, you can build muscle and perform workouts wherever you are without having to go to the gym. No equipment or trainers are needed, and all exercises can be performed solely with the body as a load.
The app contains over 200 different workouts adapted both for beginners to advanced. Here you can train legs, arms, stomach, chest as well as full body exercises. The workouts are divided into the categories Cardio, Tabata, Yoga, Strength and Mobility and are designed by personal trainer and experts. None of them require any equipment, which allows you to easily perform a workout where you are and avoid having to go to the gym.
Each exercise is designed for you to easily perform your training. With clear animations for each exercise, you can ensure that you always use the right technique. And why not, connect your workout to a TV-screen and turn on your favorite music while you work out.
We offer hotels free guest login functions. And if you are a hotelier or employer, you can post offers to your guests or employees in the App to create goals, triggers to encourage an active and healthy life. - Subscription auto-renews unless auto-renew is turned off 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscription can be managed, and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to account settings after purchase.
- The account will be charged for renewal within 24h before the end of the current period.
- Following a 7-day free trial Gympak offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $7.99, an auto-renewing Yearly subscription at $79.99
