Low responsibility and late responds

I had issue with my order and their response was REALLY slow. And when they responded me they put the blame on the shipping business (Budbee). And after a while Gymshark told me that they lost the package. It insane how Gymshark blames it on other shipping businesses when they’re responsible for it

We get that it's frustrating when an order is, initially late, and then lost. We'll continue to work hard to try and minimise this happening in the future.
With regards to our Customer Support team - they work round the clock to reply to all our customers. While, during busier periods, it may take a little longer than normal to get a reply, a member of the team will get back to you as soon as they can.
