The ‘Contact’ option in the app generates a new mail in your default mail program.

The address inserted NEVER provides an answer.
After 3 attempts I gave up, and wrote instead to the email address provided in the econnect boxed documentation.

That one bounces back my mail as ‘unforwardable’, due to a fault on their mail server.

Sorry to write such negative review here guys, what other platform will you be contacted on?

This is not ok.

Time consuming but gives me a peace of mind.

Every message has to be opened or there will be a red dot on the app-symbol indicating unread messages. It is a nuisance since I get a message for every time the bike is moved, so it can be quite a lot of them. A simple way to acknowledge several messages at a time or at least “swipe to acknowledge” for every message would be much appreciated.
