I ordered a few items from the app - was told that the order would arrive within 11-15 business days. After 11 days I’m instead told that one of the products is out of stock, and they have not sent the other products either.
They refund me – but when I ask if I can also get my money back for the shipping fee (since it’s expensive and me getting my money back wouldn’t cover the costs for a new shipping fee - if I wanted to find another product), I instead get told the another of the products I initially ordered is a ”pre-sale” product and they don’t have it. This - without even answering my first question about the shipping fee.
Just truly a slow-headed and weird customer service. It’s too bad cause they have some goods products but the company is not serious enough about their customers, it’s a shame.
Just pay back the shipping fee and send me the products that you actually have in stock - is it that hard…?
