Harbour Guides are therefore not only written by skippers for skippers, but are also used by our authors and editors when at sea. Our experience is that the Harbour Guide books are the best reference when at sea, and the online service is best as a supplement and a planning tool when at home, at the office or on the train home.

Under flera år köpte jag deras digitala böcker. För ett år sedan deras app bara försvann och nu vill de att jag ska prenumerera. Vad hände med mina köpta digitala böcker? Väldigt oseriösa!
Bedrägeri!
Drogs precis 498kr från mitt konto, utan att jag har appen installerad och den finns inte under abonnemang i iPhone!!!
Fullt av fel och brister
Anmälningsformuläret på webben ger applikationsfel från webbservern ut till användare. Amatörmässigt. Anmälningsformuläret är omodernt och saknar info för den som fyller i. Vid registrering får jag ett applikationsfel, nästa gång jag försöker är emailadressen upptagen. Jag kan inte fylla i rabattkod utan att ange kortnummer.
Inloggning på appen (iOS) döljer lösenordsfältet med tangentbordet så att man inte kan klistra in lösenord.
Vid försök till inloggning är servern nere men ger istället svaret att jag saknar internetanslutning.
Alltihop känns som en mardröm från 1998.
