TIP: For best results keep your finger still and make sure your finger tip is placed gently over the camera lens and covers it completely. If you press too hard it can reduce blood flow in your finger giving you a less accurate result.
NOTE: Although this app can truly and accurately measure your heart rate, it is NOT a certified medical device. This app is for recreational and fitness use only. If you have any questions or concerns about your heart health always consult your doctor.
