Description
Flex HRM Mobile gives you and your colleagues full control of your schedules, time reports, travel expense claims and personnel related information wherever you are – all you need is your tablet or cell phone.
With HRM Mobile you can:
- Perform time reporting with day reporting, period reporting or discrepancy reporting.
- Punch your time.
- See your schedule.
- Request available work shifts.
- Report your time on project, customer, order, article, activity or other concept of your choice.
- Keep track of your time balances.
- View your payslip.
- See which colleagues are at work, off sick, on vacation or absent due to other reasons.
- Register a driver´s log by means of location services.
- Take photos of your receipts, have them interpreted and attach them to your travel expense claim.
- Register trips and expenses, reconcile credit card transactions.
- Audit and submit travel expense claims and time reports.
- Make absence applications.
- Manage absence applications as an authorised administrator.
- See and manage tasks, receive notifications concerning e.g. deadlines for authorizing.

Ja man tänker såklart att en app för resor, kvitton mm i tjänst borde fungera bättre när man är just på resa och vill spara tid. Tyvärr svajigt i uppkoppling, tar lång tid och är mest till besvär. Nu får jag ändå fota kvitton och lägga till som filer. Skall rekommendera jobbet att byta till en fungerande för ändamålet.

Har många dåliga appar men denna tar nog priset efter någon uppdatering och lösen tappas efter varje gång! Tyvärr måste ja ha den då min arbetsgivare valt detta men pris för sämsta app får den av mig.
