Beautiful game but dont pay for no ads!

I approved to remove ads and have now been charged for it twice, and I still get the ads! Nothing happens when I try to restore purchase. I sent an email to support -no answer and I have no idea now how to get my money back. Extremely irritating, it’s a beautiful game.

(1) Download the latest update
(2) Open the 'Options' menu. If the 'Remove Ads' button no longer appears, your purchase has been redeemed
(3) If not, try tapping 'Restore Purchases'
(4) If this still doesn't work, try reinstalling the app. Your progress will be restored through iCloud.

Love it

The ads are like 3 seconds and come every few levels after ur done, so they’re not in the way at all.
The music is very calming and the colors are beautiful!
