Subscription Pricing & Terms
Klima is free to download. After calculating your personal carbon footprint, you can offset your emissions by funding on-the-ground climate projects with a monthly offset plan. The price of your offset plan is personalized and based on your footprint calculation. If you decide to offset, payment for the total monthly fee will be charged through the payment method you selected at the time you confirm your purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Offset plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the monthly period. There is no increase in price when renewing. You can manage your plan and disable the automatic renewal at any time via the app settings. Seems serious

Very nice app, and the cause of it is very good. By paying for carbon offsets I can buy time to get a greener behavior, for an example I’m trying to find a electric car that suits my lifestyle.
We as a family do also need to change our general behavior, recently invested in solar panels for our house, bought a greenhouse to have our own crops, have a part of our garden left as natural where insects may live, installed 2 wild bee hotels, separate our garbage for foods, plastics, paper, glass, metal, electronics, batteries and so on. No flights if not absolutely necessary.

Again, the goal must be to change our behavior, not pay for carbon offsets, so do as much as possible and keep planting trees, if we all do that we are on the right track!

Would have been nice to get help to explain to
My family of 6 people and 1 dog we need to stop using a gasoline car not fly to vacation for 1000-2000 miles twice a year and only eat pork and fish meat and reduce milk consumption
We already use 50 % less energy in electric and heating than average (fjärrvärme distrikt heating) according to our power supplier we baught a new kitchen items with highest energy rating and have investerare 20000 dollar solar panels. We all put out lights and do not heat above 20c in house buy used clothes. Baught and built 2 houses for 1000000 dollars each, in Wood. Sold one with with 500000 dollar profit.
In your calcuations we are about only 100000 dollars away to go carbon neutral ( stopp flying and not gasoline) then paying Klima fee for 3.5 tonnes per year will
Make us carbon negative !
