If you want to build a College Football power and challenge for National Championships, you'll need to fully commit to your team. The Program is an immersive College Football experience that's so real you can feel the boosters breathing down your neck.

GAME REVIEW UPDATE!

What's new:
> Each Sunday, your coordinator will need you to review 1-3 plays from the previous game.
> When reviewing a play, choose a key player for your coordinator to work with, earning that player a Play Bonus.
> Play Bonuses are skill rating bonuses applied to players when a specific play is run.
> Players can specialize by accumulating Play Bonuses throughout their entire career.
> Play Bonuses can be viewed in your player's details under the Bonuses tab.
> Play Bonus info will also be available when selecting plays for the week.
> Play Proficiency has been removed from the game.
> To address this, we will be translating your players' Play Proficiency into Play Bonuses
> Previously, game recaps were a bit hard to find. They have been moved to their own screen, found in Game Recaps on the Season tab.
> Recaps have an new section for digging into the details of your play's performance during a game. Much of this is pulled from the previous Game Review, but is now accessible all season long.
> When viewing a play's details, we've added a play-by-play of that play specifically to help you understand how a play is performing.

Other changes:
> Starting year for new careers should now reflect the current year.
> Added link to unofficial Discord server in Help.

Bug fixes:
> Fixed crash when viewing player details.
> Fixed misc text issues.

Fun football game

It does a good job of recreating the sport and getting it into a tight, fun, engaging loop. Having a lot of fun with it.

One thing I’d love to see improved is the realism though. Some players have come in at stupidly low weights like 150lbs at RB, while Hawaii, California, Utah and the Pacific North West don’t produce any players with Polynesian names. I’d love to see more accurate representation of players in the game, so it’d better reflect the landscape of players in real college football.
