Works… but not great.
Common that goods that you ordered are not in stock, but no possibility to cancel order completely. Substitutes suggested are usually poor, even though there are more options in store. Customer service that is very friendly, but just says ”sorry sir” all the time, instead of explaining how they will resolve the issue going forward. Time i dication that is completely off, e.g. when it says 40 min that is somtimes the time it takes for the driver to go to the store, not to deliver my order - the only thing I care about. I live in Abu Dhabi.
Items misssing
ALWAYS AT LEAST ONE THING MISSING.
I mean every time! Very annoying and if this happens again I will stop ordering from instashop.
