RFID (NFC):

Reads data from embedded chips in electronic passports (ePassports), electronic identity cards (eIDs), and electronic driving licenses (eDLs).
Supports various authentication protocols: Basic Access Control (BAC), Password Authentication with Cryptographic Encapsulation (PACE), Extended Access Control (EAC), and Secure Access Control (SAC).
Performs automatic chip authentication (v1 & v2), terminal authentication (v1 & v2), and both active and passive liveness checks.
Fully compliant with international standards: ICAO 9303 for ePassports, ISO 18013 for identification cards, and BSI TR-03105 Part 5.1 & 5.2 for eDLs.

Barcodes:

Reads both 1D and 2D barcodes (e.g., PDF417, QR Code, Aztec Code).
Automatically parses barcode data and associates it with specific fields based on document templates.
Supports the AAMVA data format for driver's licenses and IDs issued in the US and Canada, as well as IATA barcodes used on boarding passes.
