A bad copy of their online page UPDATE: gets worse!

Update: it is not possible to register in the app either. It requires a zip code but after you enter your code the app says that you must enter it and blocks navigation. No idea if it doesn’t recognise numbers or there is a fault in the field. It’s probably the worst airline app I’ve ever seen.

Far from providing a simpler and easier way to book and manage a flight, the app is as limited and counterintuitive as their website, in fact it’s a bad copy of it. You enter information about your flight but it vanishes from memory when you leave the page and have to re-enter the information when you open the app regain. Basically useless, just a gimmick.

It closes every time you try to use it. Totally useless

If ITA wants to be a serious airline they beed a totally new app. This one is ridiculous and a total disrespect with the client
