Scammers?

I deposited money to this “bank”.
I couldn’t do a withdrawal of said money.
In other words, taking money from people is fine but sending it back is impossible.

I might as well go out and get robbed by a gangster with a gun. At least I wouldn’t feel cheated.

Worst bank ever.

-Your Jeton wallet account may not have been fully verified. Please ensure that your account is verified before attempting to withdraw funds.
-We recommend double-checking your details bank account number directly with your bank to ensure accuracy.
-If you continue to experience issues with your withdrawal, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

Verification process

Insted of writing down all of the requirements for KYC verification. They will ask for 1 proof after another, but only 1 by 1. I got a new question on the email per day. I would recommend to state everything needed per the regulations for the verification from the start.
