MyFoodCheck allows for an easier, faster, and more reliable HACCP management to reduce food safety related risks and to be EN12830 compliant.
When used with the JRI BlueTherm One wireless thermometer, MyFoodCheck automates temperature monitoring operations for delivery acceptance, storage, and all temp checks, hot/cold hold checks, cooling/reheating checks during food preparation.
All data are automatically and securely stored in the linked MySirius account and accessible for analysis, audit and inspection.
