Terrible and unreliable service.

I chose Just Cloud for their quite cheap unlimited backup.
Unfortunately like a lot of things, you get what you pay for. Really bad service and support. Keep 'changing the goal posts' regarding payments and think they have you locked in (with your data online) when they start demanding you to change plan. I never got the app to remote turn on as well.
Overall, there are many of these companies out there to choose from. I'd go to somewhere that you trust with your files.

lacking several functions

select all button would be nice
merging devices instead of creating new ones would also be nice
