Whether you're removing dirt from your bike outside, cleaning the patio or cleaning the bathroom and floors indoors - everything is simpler with the Kärcher Home & Garden app.
The app helps you with every step of the initial startup for new devices, gives you the possibility to control selected smart cleaning devices as well as the access to additional services.
For our new Signature Line, for example, you can apply for the additional warranty easily and conveniently via the app.
The highlight of the app is the Discover area, a knowledge pool with comprehensive cleaning instructions for all areas of the Home & Garden. Here you will find useful tips and tricks with step-by-step instructions to turn your cleaning task into a real WOW experience. We also offer you attractive promotions and online shop specials in the app.
For pressure washers with Smart Control, you can adjust the settings manually on the device or transfer the setting recommended in the app for your specific cleaning task directly to the device via Bluetooth.

To developers: QR-scan added same unit 3 times
Short feedback to devs.
When scanning the QR label there was no check if the same part and serial number had been previously added.
Camera managed to scan the same unit 3 times within seconds and added the same unit three time to the unit list. No biggie, but there does not seem to be any option to deleted a wrongly added unit.
Suggestion: add a check when scanning the QR code if part number and serial number have been previously added. Or limit the camera function to not keep scanning when it finds a unit.

Hello Wasseng, thank you very much for your honest feedback. We will forward your message to our developers. Deleting pressure washers in the app is possible. When you clicked on the device you want to delete you have to press More, than Settings and there you find the option to delete the device.

Can’t add any version of the WD 6.
Can’t add my WD6 P Premium. Tried all versions of the WD6 and they all just turn red and says “not valid”.. Turns out it’s only for power washers? A pointless app.
