Great, how do I start using the app?

End Users:
- Verify with your administration that access to the mobile app is enabled for your institution.
- Download the app to your iPhone/iPad.
- When you log in for the first time please enter your organization’s video portal URL, before entering your standard credentials.

Administrators:
Contact your Kaltura Account Manager to verify the following requirements:
- Your MediaSpace "kmsapi" custom module is enabled.

The app has potential but feels like a bad beta version

Often I can not even start the app at all, I have to log in once a day, it does not work with apple remote and Apple Watch controls, it does not scale the video to the screen, it stops the video when the device shifts between landscape and portrait mode the video stops, when I close the device and just wants the sound when jogging for example the video stops and has to be restarted. The web version works better but lacks the ability to download videos and that feature is the one reason to use the app. But the app does not work satisfactory. Also, an iPad version would be appreciated.
