I regret spending money in game as well as installing this
Okay so I thought that the game seemed pretty addicting so I decided to get the lifetime pass. Yeah wrong mistake.
I never got it! I've been talking with so many different employees over at customer support that it's ridiculous. They all just bounce around the issue and none of them actually tries to solve it. Plus customer support is so delayed that it took several hours between each employee, so I've been having this issue for a long time now.
And since this is the first and only time that I ever bought something in the AppStore, Apple won't let me get a refund.

Dominant clause
Once bind with Facebook, cannot unbind, customer service is super slow, when ask help from the service people, wait too long, and will always have to provide all kinds of information even documents, it’s more like you are helping them instead.
