So far really good!

Seems promising… if a bit overwhelming if you are really new. Still, have big hopes for the app, fun and engaging way to learn!

Energy never restores?

It’s impossible to play for free, energy never restores and there’s never any ads to see so it’s just impossible to play at all.

Shame because it seems like a fun game.

Hi there, your energy should restore completely each day giving you roughly 30 minutes of free play time per day. Please send us an email at support@lingolegend.com if you are finding the energy isn't restoring properly we definitely want to get that resolved for you!

Great so far! But…

It would be much more fun if as a beginner in Japanese, answering words such as if ”Akai” was spelled correctly or not, would also show what the words meaning is. For example, they will show the symbols of ”Okashi” and I would get it right, but they don’t say what okashi means. Which is unfortunate, but I assume it becomes a thing in the later levels. But still, having it there early would feel good. Other than that, very good!

Hi there! Thanks for your feedback! While you are learning hiragana we only cover the English meaning in the intro card list (right before battle) and when you see the question asked in romaji. This is because we want the learner to focus on practising the hiragana just learned vs trying to remember the English meaning but I totally get wanting to know both! After you have covered hiragana and katakana you will always be working with the English meaning :)
