Worked perfectly

I installed the app and did the pre check-in in the morning, found my booking easily and quickly and then I updated my information.

At 15:00 I got a notification that I could now check-in, so I followed that link and I was then checked in and got my key on my phone. The key worked on every door, there was a slight delay of a few seconds sometimes.

Checked out via the app, which was also easy and quick, and I could see my charges in the app.

All in all worked really well.

Sparar inte min personliga info.

Hittar inte min bokning om jag anger mer än efternamnet (t ex bokningsnumret).

Kräver min kortinfo på nytt när jag vill checka in eller boka rum igen. Varför?

Till råga på allt kan jag inte göra en enkel cut ’n paste av bokningsnumret i bekräftelsemailet, då får jag med mig en länk som måste redigeras.
