Country/Language issue
The app does not allow you to select your region and language separately. So for example if you’re living in another country but speak English, you’re either forced to google translate what you’re reading or select a country where you do not live, giving you inaccurate information about stores “in your area”, and it’s impossible to search stores where you actually are.
Just wanted to give you a heads up! I would say lots of your customers are worldly people, and not all of them speak fluently in the language where they live. I would suggest this gets fixed.
The app doesn't work
For whahever reason the app doesn't work at all. Nothing happens when you click on it. I made sure to have the latest update on my phone and everything. I really recommend that they fix this issue asap because the Lush website sucks and i'd rather use the app.
