Förvärme fungerar inte när bilen är fulladdad

När bilen är fulladdad så står det i appen att bilen inte är uppkopplad.Det leder till att jag inte kan starta värmaren utan måste sätta mig i en kall bil, som behöver utnyttja mer batterikapacitet och korta räckvidden.Det borde vara en lätt bugg att fixa!?!

Works, but still lacking a lot of functionality

The response time controlling the car is kind of slow but that is presumably more of a back end issue. Scheduling charging from the app is not possible and OTA is not implementerad. The app promo pictures on AppStore says that SW update, charging schedules and much more should be available which is not the case.

Hi WhyWallet! Thanks for letting us know the progress on your issues! We have now launched a new verson of the app, where preconditioning of the car is working even when the car is fully charged (note that the car still needs to be plugged in). Please download the latest version of the app.

Payment methods faulty. No possibility to change personal details

The app however nice the idea is is very faulty and buggy. I have not been able to rent a car. You add more than one payment card? You are not able to switch between them. You may not delete the first one you add and may not change to the new one.You want to change your phone number? You are not able.You want to delete your account? You are not able to.You want to make a new account due to the issues brought up in the past points? You are not able to as your number is not changable and registered to a buggy account.

Hey StuReviews , we apologize for any inconvenience the issue have caused you. You can try adding a payment method by following these steps:Log in via web browser.Go to: ‘My Pages’.Go to ‘Payment methods’.Click on ‘Add payment method’.Fill in details about the new primary card in the pop-up widget that appears. Click on RecordClick ‘Save Card’.At this point, you'll need to go trough the 3DS challenge.Once above steps has been successfully completed the new primary payment card will be set and appear in the top of the ‘Payment card list’ with a check/thick in front of it.Please keep in mind that this process will need to be followed to also change back to an existing card in the ‘Payment card list’. Meaning you can NOT change by clicking an existing card in the ‘Payment card list’ or deleting another one. You HAVE TO ‘Re-add’ it to overwrite!If the issue persists, we would like you to be aware that it is an IT related issue and our departments are working on resolving it. There's going to be an announcement on the website once it is fixed, so you can try again.

Buggy - almost non functional

Using phone as key does not work. There is no option to set charging schedule. Website states you can have up to five phones, however, in actuality only one can be logged in at a time. Lynk and Co, I’ll happily update my review if you can resolve these issues with the apps basic functionality.
