As easy as it should be

Userfriendly no hassle ap.

Problems

I want this to be a great app because I love M&S but I'm afraid I encountered my bag at checkout reduced from 12 items to just 1. Aaaagh!

Too many options

This app is frustrating to use! Each time I choose a category it asks at least 4 more times to choose a new section. This selection process is annoying for two reasons; I don't always know what I am looking for and prefer to see whats on offer. Also I am not familiar with M&S sections and therefore spend a lot of time going through each and every category to find what I want.
