Bästa tänkbar sättet att stärka upp kroppen igen efter graviditet och förlossning. Jag älskar denna appen eftersom jag kan träna närsomhelst vilket är en stor fördel när man har småbarn.

Alltså nej.

Säkert många bra övningar men användarupplevelsen är inte bra. På flera ställen sticker texten utanför skärmen så att man helt enkelt inte ser vad det står.

Också superfrustrerande att man tvingas göra övningar på låga nivåer för att kunna se vilka övningar det finns på högre nivåer. Alla börjar inte från noll och appen blir helt oanvändbar för folk som redan tagit sig förbi de första rehab veckorna. Det kommer ta mig TIMMAR att ”fejka” mig förbi irrelevanta övningar innan jag kommer till de övningar jag är i behov av. Känns inte genomtänkt.
