Me, from Allocate, is the app that provides you with visibility to your work schedule and makes it easier to manage.
If you’re already using Allocate’s Employee Online then you’re ready to get going with Me*.
With Me, you can:
- Quickly view your daily work schedule
- Improve your work-life balance by requesting shifts on future rosters
- Manage your annual leave in seconds
- Book bank duties on the move with just a swipe-and-tap
- View your time sheets
- See who you’re working with by viewing team schedules
Where available, you can also:
- Book bank duties on the move at other organisations with just a swipe-and-tap
- Submit and track your expense claims
- Upload your CV
Enabling automatic updates ensures that you get the latest improvements immediately to your phone.
With Me, you can.
*Please check with your Trust if its set up to use Me. Your organisation needs to have the Me app configured for it to be used by the staff.

- Not using Allocate Optima 11.3.4? No problem, the app will continue to work for you as before.
