“Me” is an app that aggregates, analyzes, and displays data from the “Fitness” and “Health” apps, providing users with a unique way to analyze and display data, helping users to track their fitness and health data more conveniently and intuitively.

1. Data Statistics
“Me” currently supports all types of workouts on Apple Watch, as well as steps, VO2 max, heart rate variability (HRV), weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, waist circumference, and sleep. Through various visualizations such as heatmaps, bar charts, and line charts, users can clearly see the statistical analysis results of these data in different dimensions such as week, month, year, and total.

2. Workout Records
For workout data, “Me” provides enthusiasts with various data statistics and analyses such as workout trajectory, milestone marking, heart rate zones, segment pace, cadence, stride length, cycling speed, and altitude, helping users comprehensively understand the details of each workout.

3. Widgets
“Me” offers seven widgets, supporting over 80 types of workouts and 8 health metrics. With widget configuration options, users can create a flexible and varied health data quick view experience. Whether on the iPhone's Today View or the Mac desktop, users can freely arrange and combine these widgets to create a personalized health data dashboard.

4. Custom Themes
“Me” offers custom background image functionality, allowing users to set different background images for light and dark modes based on personal aesthetic preferences, which will switch automatically with the system theme.

5. Optional Icons
In addition to background customization, “Me” also provides users with six icon styles, totaling 43 optional icons, to meet different users' aesthetic needs for icon appearance, allowing everyone to create a unique and personal user experience.
6. WatchMe
WatchMe is the watchOS app of Me, providing statistical analysis of today's fitness rings, HRV, sleep, and steps. It adopts the new design style of watchOS 10, offering better interactive experience and more intuitive and rich data display.

7. Complications
WatchMe offers a total of 20 complications in various sizes, displaying data on the watch face in an intuitive manner, making your watch face more informative and personalized.
