Meditate to Relax breaks down the process of meditating with the breath (mindfulness of breathing) into easy steps which can be achieved over an eight day period.

Learning to meditate sounds simple. Just sit down close your eyes and watch your breath. However, in practice meditation isn't easy because our mind wants to do other things.

Meditate to Relax breaks the process of learning to meditate into eight sections over eight days.

Each day has a different theme with a simple set of instructions on how to practice the days lesson.

By setting clear achievable expectations about what you can achieve each day, by the eighth day you will have the tools and experience required to settle down with your breath.
