Version 6.6.3

In this version we continue improving App functionalities so that you can manage your stay in our hotels in the most comfortable and easy way.
We are here at Meliá working constantly on our App to improve the quality and the user experience for you.

Poor functionality

Very poor functionality, bugs and inconsistent to use. Cannot update passport number although they typically need updating as they expire. Room service order got scrambled and only after a phone call did we get what we ordered. I am going going to continue with the app.

1. When ordering room service - the order did reach the kitchen, but did not include my room number. So no delivery until I called them.

2. Incorrect address and passport details. Unable to correct this in the app.

3. Difficult check-in procedure with many technical interrupts. Had to try 4 times before getting through.

4. Payment of booked room worked, but I did not a receipt. Had to as reception for this.

You app really should be tested much better before you release it!
