What can we do with this, or how can we solve this? Track Mood app can help you with that without overcomplicating it.
Our app is designed to track your mood on an everyday basis, and from the start, it helps to remember good days and not generalize that all days were bad. So, it is already harder for you to focus on bad things and have a bad attitude. When you write down or document somehow that you are in a bad mood, that is the first step to improving your well-being. After acknowledging your bad mood you can move and more importantly, your brain can move to the source of your current state. Track Mood app is your pocket diary of how you feel. The main goal of our app is to help you figure out what you feel and write down what you think was the cause of this state. Practical and delightful design to make it easier for you to put in your state and watch the history of vibes during a particular period of time. By writing down what events happened to you and how they influenced your mood, you are helping your brain with the analysis of situations by a lot. Your brain analyzes an event when you think about it, analyzes it when you write it down, and analyzes it one more time when you read it. With this amount of analysis, understanding of the situation and what you need to do with it will come inevitably.
