WORKOUT

The ML.Fitness App is all about home workout and functional training, so you can get fast results from the comfort of your own home. Whether you prefer dumbbells, resistance bands, or kettlebells, we have a range of workout options to help you achieve your goals. I've also created several programs that use only your body weight, making it easier than ever to get a great workout in – NO EXCUSES!

- Variety of training programs such as FAT LOSS, FUPA, BACK FAT, BOOTY & THIGHS, HIIT, PILATES and so much more! You can follow these programs yourself or with a partner, and I, Mr London, promise you… it’s going to make you SWEAT!
- The ability to choose your workout length, starting from just 12-15 minutes.

MOTIVATION

Getting enough rest and quality sleep is an essential part of achieving your fitness goals as it can boost your mood, energy levels, and overall health. To aid your motivation, the app provides you with access to exclusive podcasts and talks, as well as a variety of calming sounds and ambient music to help you relax and fall asleep quickly.

MEAL PLAN

My app doesn’t stop with home exercises, I also have a special feature that will help put together a personalized meal plan just for you, whether your fitness goal is to lose weight, tone up or maintain your current weight.

- Customizable meal planner - tasty, and packed with all the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy and energized.
- Pre-calculated total number of calories you consume and the macronutrient breakdown.
- Shopping list - list of all the ingredients you need for the meals in your diet plan. 
- Have access to exclusive podcasts and countless updates that will help you get one step closer to your goals!

To get access to any diet and workout plans, you'll need to purchase a subscription in the application. Please follow the onboarding process to choose the subscription that fit your needs.

ML.Fitness works with Apple Health to record your calories burned after workout.

This app provides users with extensive features including workouts, meal plans, Balance and more, all of which require an active subscription. Users are required to make payments in order to have access to these exclusive features that are designed to enhance your fitness journey seamlessly.

The app operates on an auto-renewal basis for these subscriptions, meaning if it's not deactivated, your access will be automatically renewed. Users must turn off the auto-renewal option at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, if they do not wish for their subscription to be renewed.

Please note, your account will be charged for the renewal, approximately 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. This ensures that you have continuous access to the app’s features with no interruptions, providing a seamless user experience. Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in the app’s settings.

I’m missing home workout programs

Great app but I wish there were programs for people who wish to workout from home. So no jumping.
Also programs without squats ( many of us have bad knees )
Meal plan for us who fast 20:00-12:00 would be awesome.
