انا زبون دائم في مودانيسا ولكن ليس بعد الان😡 الخدمة اصبحت سيئة جدا ولم اعد اريد شراء حتى دبوس شعر من هذا الموقع السيء!!!!!
والسبب هو: اولا كان لدي كود خصم صالح لمدة شهرين وقد تمت ازالته من قبل الموقع قبل ان استخدمه.
ثانيا: قمت بطلب بعض المنتجات وبعد عدة ايام وصلتني رسالة من الموقع لابلاغي بانه تم ازالة عنصر من عناصر الطلب وسوف اتلقى كود خصم كتعويض ولكن تم تسجيل خروجي من حسابي من قبل الموقع وقد اجريت مكالمة هاتفية مع خدمة الزبائن ((( علما بأنها مكلفة جدا))) وقد قام الموظف بارسال باسوورد حتى انمكن من استرجاع حسابي وقال لي ان ارسل رسالة عبر البريد الالكتروني لباقي الأسئلة التي كنت اريد اجابات لها!!! ولكن الباسوورد لم يكن فعال ولم اتمكن من استرجاع حسابي وكذلك الرسالة التي ارسلتها منذ عدة ايام لم يتم الرد عليها حتى الان!!!! وهذا ان دل على شيء فهو يدل على فشل ذريع في الخدمة وسوء معاملة للزبون اللذي انتم بحاجة له للاستمرارية لا هو بحاجة لكم.
وبعد كل هذه المشاكل التي حصلت ولم اتلقى اي حل ولو حتى لمشكلة واحدة لم يعد لدي اي رغبة بطلب شيء بعد الان علما باني كنت اطلب لجيراني واصدقائي بشكل دائم ليس فقط لي انا ولكن نحن جميعا لم تعد لدينا اي رغبة بالطلب مجددا!
يوجد الكثير من المواقع الاخرى ذات خدمة افضل واحترام للزبون واحيانا باسعار افضل.
