Accessibility with Voice Over

I use Modern Chef when wheighing food on my kitchen scale. I'd like to see names on the buttons. Now Voice Over just says button for every button. I'd also like voice over to say the wheight when I am in the app without me having to touch the screen. Thanks in advance.

Searching food

There is no ability to scan product with barcode ,and cant sync with health app in iphone.
