Yesterday I made my transfer to Latvia, Riga. I have sent 3200.01 SEK but money never reached the recipient. I have contacted both my bank and the recipient's bank. You have deducted money from the account but never sent it to the recipient. I have seen bank statements at the recipient's bank and they did not receive any money. I demand my money back please! You do not have to freeze my account or just ignore my messages. I saw on both Trustpilot and Instagram that you have cheated several people and there are lots who have ended up in the same situation. If you will claim that you have sent money, I want to get proof that money arrived and where it is detailed when they arrived. And it's not about congestion or the like because it's been going on for a long time that you have not sent back money. I have been a customer of yours for a long time and am shocked that such things happen and that you can do such things!
