Moneygram doesn’t want your business
“After careful review, we can’t approve your request for an online profile - it has been closed”
This is what I received after going through their cumbersome sign up process, where their badly implemented image recognition system wouldn’t accept a scan of my drivers’ license, complaining that it couldn’t “find the corners” of my “document”.
My drivers’ license has rounded corners.
They probably also expected me to take photos of it with my phone like a troglodyte rather than going through the effort of providing them with a high quality scan.
They are also blatantly lying, as my profile wasn’t closed.
It still remains in their system, meaning they have my personal information, and I’m not allowed a second attempt at a registration.
Their claim of a “careful review” is also highly dubious, as I doubt there would be any issues if an actual person went ahead with a “careful review” of the 1200 DPI images.
Unprofessional.
Manygram is better then WU. 100% easy and reliable the WU.
Manygram is friendly to use and easy for receiver.
