Movie Clips—a Bluff?

There seems to be no way to open a new (empty) project, which would not really be a problem but the no common formats are supported. Mp4, AIFF are useless.
You cannot start a project with sound. WAV, Mp3 are not accepted
Still photos cannot be used. Tiff, JPEG… nothing works.

Nothing.

Sure you could go for Support, but it’s in Chinese only.

I mean, I may be wrong about all this, but…
