Problems with login into Suite

I have huge problem due to the Suite number is the same in U.S. as in UK.
The app won’t let you log in.

The shipping calculator said I could ship to my country for $12.99, then they send an invoice of $115!!!! Insane!! Worst company I ever had to deal with! They are scamming their customers ❌❌❌ Do not use!!! Also, I never signed for my package, they just left it outside.

Used to be a 5 star app

But with the new update i have to type in login credentials everytime i launch the app. It asks (everytime) if i want enable fingerprint passcode but it wont ’remember’. MyUS service is fenomenal though so i hope they fix the app
