This game has blockchain features and NFT. The publisher, Netmarble, has implemented their own token, Inetrium. It's very likely that Netmarble owns a specific amount of Inetrium, allowing them to pull the rug and sell when it reaches a certain price, essentially letting anyone still holding down. I advise everyone to stay away from this kind of business practice. The Ni no Kuni franchise deserves much better than this, but of course Netmarble just had to get their grubby fingers on it.
