Lack of improvement

Please focus more on your core business i.e. smart locks, I chose Nimly because they were first with biometrics integrated. Now that Yale has launched a new lineup with biometrics they are lightyears ahead again since their app is much more mature and rich in functionalities pertaining to the core business of smart lock functionality. Stop trying to compete with Athom, Smartthings (Samsung) Home assistant etc., that fight is lost a long time ago, focus on what you do well!! Finally, please update your app with just in time access instead of insisting on permanent access.
