• no positions south of the polar circle - Bodø is the southernmost place listed.
In the far north you can see auroras almost every clear night. It is further south you really need a forecast. There have been two auroras visible around 60˚N only this month (Jan 2022).
It appears the primary purpouse of the app is to promote tourism to the northern parts of Norway.
