A BETTER EVERYDAY CALCULATOR
As a kid, I loved playing with a calculator. Somewhere along the way, the calculator became another boring tool. I want a calculator that reignites that same sense of wonder.

SHOW YOUR WORK
One of the biggest obstacles with most calculator apps is just how easy it is to make mistakes. If you mistype a number and don't catch it immediately, you can easily end up with the wrong answer and never know it.

To fix this, we do what everyone is taught to do in elementary school… we show your work. As you type, the full equation is written out for you—every number and operator. Even better, if you make a mistake, you can now delete or select the number and retype it. Small, but life-changing.

+ When swapping from an app back to the calculator sometimes the keyboard would be unresponsive, this is now fixed.

Very good, there’s just one small thing..

The app design (like all other not boring apps) is brilliant. However this app severely lacks the things that apple’s calculator has, like sin, cos and the square root. Then I would actually use it quite often maybe over the normal calculator app.

I like how if you put in a too big number it doesn’t say “error” or something, it tells you for example “that’s more than grains of sand on earth”.

I would really like to see this is the app in maybe a seperate menu (the sin, cos, square root, etc).

We definitely keep it simple in our Calculator. Not for everyone, but tends to cover most needs for most people and that's what we aim to do. Thanks for giving it a try.

Looks cool, not that powerful.

I really want to like this app, but as someone in engineering (Has a lot of mathematics) I always find myself just using the built-in calculator because of the extra scientific calculator functions.

I would love to use it more often, but the most you can do with this calculator is just basic arithmetics afaik.
