Great app!

I really like this app, it makes communication so much easier. What I would appreciate is maybe having se extra benefits for members who have had the app for a long time. Thank you again and have an amazing day!

Life saver abroad

I live in Sweden but I’m from the states. I needed a US phone number for my Swedish phone, and this has been a life saver. It’s been great for keeping in touch with family. I absolutely recommend it. I’ve been using it for about two years now. It’s only $10 a month!

Two common issues:

1. When I send photos, it shows up as a link on the other end. The link opens the photo just fine, but it’s a bit frustrating to know that it doesn’t show up as a normal photo in the chat. My family (especially older relatives) have been resistant to click on unknown links.

2. I don’t receive verification texts for certain websites/services etc. There have been multiple times where I must enter a US phone number to receive a verification code, but it never arrives. This is a BIG issue and has caused hours of headaches trying to find workarounds. I never found a setting to allow all messages. I don’t know where these codes are going.

If these two issues were resolved, I’d give this app a 5/5 for sure!!
