Does not take full webpage screenshots

I boaught it for full price only to discover that it doesnt take fullscreen screenshots of webpages as promised.
not sure if its due to different techniques on the pages but does not work the way I expected. I used to use Edge which have great screenshot capabilities. My hope was that this plugin could fix so that I can use Safari instead but to no avail.

Dear user, Thank you for your review, I'm taking notes of all of them.
The app can take full page screenshots, just make sure you selected the proper option. Also, scroll the webpage to the bottom and then make the screenshot - this will load the entire page, just just part of it.
If this is not the case, I guess this happens for one particular website, right? Can you tell me what site you are trying to screenshot?
